As for inventory being taken up, you can right-click on their item and select destroy to free up space. So, if you just give them NPC items it should be fine.

They've added the partner accessories, and 2900 for 1 partner unlock potion and 10000 for Broom and Carriage.
They haven't fixed the partner kit problem... (still can't use it)
The pricing is about right from my guesses base on other server's pricing
*Yes, you can use both on same partner of if you can give 1 to each partner if you have more than 1 partner. They cannot however share the vehicle.
