You Just pay NX for outfits.

And when they feel like to troll the player they give the "better" looking version and "normal" looking version in a same bag with % getting either.

That is if they decide to implement it here. I have my doubts, but am still hopeful. Free weekly rebirths could revitalize the game, so long as Nexon steps up their customer service.

JP had update issues recently, they got the following compensations:
200 AP potion x1,
All Skill Training Exp x2 Potion (7days) x1,
x5 EXP event for 3 weekends,
Extension to Halloween Party Event,
Service User Service extended 7 Days,
For user who lost NX points in Cash Shop items from purchase during error periods, same amount of points will be refunded or item of purchase will be given upon emailing customer service.
