Require level 6 Brawler Talent, Chain 1 skill 300% Dmg, 20% Crit Dmg increase, Require Knuckle.
Spider Shot
Require level 6 Trap Hunter Talent, Range skill require bow/xbow, immobile target ~10sec, Crit Dmg increase 30% on target immobilized.
Berserk
Require level 6 Slayer Talent, For 15 sec, Str increase 160, int reduce to 0, ignore poison, knockback, stun, freeze, and petrification, increase Dmg received while in Berserk State.
Bunshin
Require level 6 Vagabond Talent, Do I need to say more...?
Potion Enhancement
Require level 6 Researcher Talent , Reduce Potion Poisoning, Increase Potion Recovery Amount.
When reaching specific talent level you will receive quest to learn the skills.

Comes with title: The Nutcracker for male, Swan Lake for female, +7 Max Dmg, 5% Crit, 20 Luck, HP [Not 2nd/prefix title]
When rebirth with the card you will get +1 to all stats.

For Counter Punch, is that like counter attack just put into chain 1 form ?
Spider shot, is it like Fighter's Somersault stun where if you hit the enemy, the enemy can move again?

And yes,some race can't learn some of these skill due to the lack of certain "talent".
